Leasing Agent
Shows rental units and acts as a direct line of communication until the tenant is moved in. Leasing Agent also actively preps and markets newly available rental units.
Accounts Receivable Lease Enforcement Clerk
Actively seeks out past due rent and enforces legal ramifications such as evictions and judgements. In addition, actively issues violations for failure to follow issued leases.
Office Secretary
The office secretary ensures the front window is attended, accepts payments/walk-ins and fields incoming leasing and payment calls. In addition, maintains key support and administrative roles.
Rehab Crew Member
Rehab crew members need a multitude of skills to not only fix residential construction issues in rental units. But to start extensive construction projects from start to a finished and habitable rental unit.
Maintenance Crew Member
Maintenance crew members play a key role in assuring all rental properties to a high standard of interior and exterior conditions. In addition to routine and irregular maintenance, they are also subject to helping rehab vacant rental units when needed.
Logistics Coordinator
Acts as a key part by ensuring the service depart is functioning properly by handling incoming and outgoing calls and dispatching appropriately. In addition they coordinate maintenance and rehab crew members to assigned job locations, overlooks the process and completion of these tasks.
